After working with Mosaic in Elkhart, we were challenged to envision an urban building for assisted living. This 21-story building features retail and a residential lobby on the ground floor, and 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments above. Many apartments are ADA accessible.

The attached 3-story building includes retail, a grocery store, and a third-story restaurant with views towards the lake. This mid-rise uses steel modular construction techniques with a contemporary façade of brick and metal, and features three accessible green roofs.
