For thesis, I am proposing a new master plan to replace a current 30-acre parking lot. The plan includes new retail, a transit center connecting resort monorail with buses and a future California High Speed Rail station, and two new hotels. One hotel, in a Mission Revival style, will be fully designed for thesis. As the hotel is equidistant from the Disneyland Resort and the Anaheim Convention Center, it will cater to both families and business tourists.
